GW 7.0.2 Client Windows Exception Error
I have one user account that cannot login to their GW 7 PO using the Client 7.0.2 on any windows machine. It produces a windows exception report without any GW error code. See the attachment on that report. There is no grpwise.rpt on the local drive after the failure to login.
If you use instead the GW 6.5 client, it accesses the same mailbox without any issues.
The mailbox itself runs a clean normal mailbox analyze and fix, and a contents check.
Attached Files GWClient_err.zip (60.7 KB)

FID Editor Help
I need to see if I can get some help with the FID Editor.
What the deal is:
I had to archive off a users email and delete their account. I have the account recreated, but I haven't been able to get the FID Editor to work to get their mail to their new account.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

users still exist after on POA after removing them from eDir
Hello All,
I created a test PO/POA to add in 5000 users to test some load issues. when the test was done i ran a tool to have the users removed however it only removed the eDirectory Account, the users still exist in the POA. I tried to rebuild the POA however, that did not help.
Is there a way to have all the users removed? i can evenm part with removing the entire PO if needed.
the only way i can see currently is delete the user one by one from C1.

Autostart of Add-On?
Hello,
I am currently writing an add-on for Groupwise 7.0. I registered my add-on with Groupwise by setting the registry keys under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Novell\GroupWise\5.0\C 3PO\DataTypes.
Is it possible to configure Groupwise in a way that it will automatically start my add-on as soon as logon has been completed?
Thanks in advance for your help!
Best regards,
Martin Henke

Opening attachments in Office 2007
We're on Windows XP SP-2 and SP-3, GroupWise 7.0.3 HP3, and just upgraded to Office 2007. Multiple people are noticing this issue.
When you right-click a GroupWise attachment and select Open, it seems that the attachment does not open. If you do the same action again, it opens fairly quickly. Apparently if you wait long enough the first time, the attachment will open (we're talking several minutes).
This began happening immediately after the upgrade to Office 2007 from Office XP.
If anyone has a clue about this, please let me know. I will also look on the Microsoft forums to see if they have any ideas.
Thanks,
