This tool associates a new value with an extended attribute name for each specified file. This is a very handy tool for test engineers & developers; it comes to creating datasets for testing solutions.

1. Copy this script to (whereever you want to create the data sets)
2. Run perl EA.pl
3. Enter the number of files you want to create

This Tool will create all the files in a test directory and associate the name value pair to the files.
If you want to see the name value pair for a file : type getfattr -d <filepath>
