few weeks late

With all product releases it's always the question when will this be shipped, for me from the inside at Novell it's interesting to hear some of the discussions about release dates of our products and patches.
Today I saw a nice comment in an article at IT Wire, they where they discussed the release of SLED 10 and if that was the original schedule or not, they had a nice comment about release schedules :-)
we're sure Microsoft would be happy to deliver products a "few weeks late."

Release dates.
Uhhhhhg. These are the hardest things to call. I mean your right on track, this puppy is going to duplication on the 12th!...
Then of course an engineer pops out of the woodwork and casualy says, "hmmmm I dont think so, you see there is the little problem I am having with Red Carpet" and its panic city.
Yeah within a few weeks is just fine by me if it means its gets one more regression test, or that the "gonna come bite ya in the butt" buffer overflow array is found.
