Novell Services creates Best Practices for our Partners based on customer demand and requests from partners. If you seen an opportunity but cannot find a best practice that meets your need, we want to hear from you. You may comment below or if you prefer send email to servicesenablement@novell.com with your suggestions.
Novell Best Practices include:
- Key steps to assess requirements, design and implement solutions powered by Novell technologies across different scenarios
- Guidance for standardizing deliverables
- Typical roles, competencies and responsibilities that need to be staffed to produce high quality outcomes with your customers
These documents are intended to be living best practices - so they will be updated frequently, both as we develop improvements and new capabilities, and as a direct result of your feedback! So if there's something you'd like to see, please send us an email at servicesenablement@novell.com
Novell Partners can see available best practices organized by solution in Enablement Central:
- Select the Focus Area of your choice
- Select a solution
- Find Best Practices in the right column

So I went to the link, and there is no where obvious to find these best practices guides. There is a link as news, back to this article, which is not helpful.
Could you make it a little more clear, please?

Geoffc,
You can see the best practices in Enablement Central by clicking on the Focus Area you need, Datacenter, End-User Computing or Identity & Security and then select one of the solutions. In the right column, select Best Practices to see them all. I'll adjust the instructions to be more specific.
